Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment
Make the infrastructure you already have work harder.
Many consumer brands already have stock sitting inside Amazon’s fulfilment network. Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment can allow eligible off-Amazon orders to be fulfilled using that same inventory — potentially turning existing Amazon infrastructure into a fulfilment resource for DTC, marketplace and social commerce channels.

The idea
Amazon’s fulfilment network isn’t only for Amazon orders.
Brands using Amazon FBA already have stock positioned inside Amazon’s fulfilment infrastructure. Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment can allow eligible orders from off-Amazon channels to be fulfilled using that same inventory.
The commercial idea is straightforward: one inventory pool can potentially support multiple ecommerce channels rather than requiring separate stock allocation and separate fulfilment arrangements for each.

One inventory pool
More places to sell.
Where MCF may be able to support additional order fulfilment, depending on channel eligibility and operational requirements.
Core
Amazon
The core FBA business. Where the stock sits and Amazon orders originate.
DTC
Shopify & own website
Orders from the brand’s own ecommerce website potentially fulfilled through Amazon MCF.
Social
TikTok Shop & social commerce
Eligible social commerce channels where MCF fulfilment may be applicable.
Marketplaces
Retailer marketplaces
Additional marketplace channels where commercially worthwhile and operationally compatible.
Other
Other compatible channels
Other supported ecommerce environments where MCF is appropriate and the economics make sense.
Another sales channel shouldn’t automatically mean another warehouse.
Every time a brand adds a new ecommerce channel, there is traditionally an operational question: does this need its own stock, its own fulfilment arrangement, its own dispatch workflow?
Where MCF is appropriate, that question may have a different answer. The inventory already held within Amazon may be able to do more than fulfil Amazon orders.
One inventory pool
Amazon handles fulfilment and dispatch
Established delivery infrastructure
No additional warehouse required
Modestly sized opportunities become more commercially viable
MCF is not a solution for every brand or every channel. Fulfilment costs, service levels, eligible channels and operational requirements need careful evaluation. Brandfluence helps brands think through whether it makes commercial sense.
Hands-on experience
Not theory. Done it.

Sontronics — DTC + Amazon MCF
From Shopify order to Amazon fulfilment.
Brandfluence senior personnel have hands-on experience using Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment to support off-Amazon ecommerce. For Sontronics, Amazon inventory and fulfilment capability was used to fulfil orders generated through the Sontronics Shopify website. This was a practical implementation, not a pilot, connecting a brand’s DTC ecommerce operation with Amazon’s fulfilment infrastructure.

BioDenta — Superdrug Marketplace
From retailer invitation to live marketplace.
Brandfluence has hands-on experience building a brand presence on Superdrug Marketplace through its Mirakl-powered marketplace environment. The BioDenta project took an invitation to join Superdrug Marketplace from initial setup through catalogue creation and launch, using existing Amazon product information as a useful starting point. The marketplace went live and generated genuine product sales.
Incremental sales only matter if they’re worth having.
Brandfluence approaches every channel with the same question: does the return justify the work? A relatively modest sales channel can still make commercial sense if the infrastructure already exists, the margin works and the operational burden is manageable.
The objective isn’t to collect marketplace logos. It’s to build channels where the return justifies the work.
What is the channel generating, and at what cost?
What does fulfilment cost on this channel?
Is existing inventory being used efficiently?
Are sales genuinely incremental or displacing other channels?
Can the operational model be simplified?

Connected commerce
One commercial view, across the channels that matter.
Brandfluence works across Amazon, Amazon MCF, influencer marketing, TikTok Shop, eBay and retailer marketplaces. The benefit is the ability to think across channels rather than treating every platform as a separate isolated project.
Influencer activity can create content and demand. Amazon can provide both a sales channel and the fulfilment infrastructure. MCF can potentially support eligible orders originating elsewhere. Retail marketplaces can create additional customer access. The objective is not to force every brand onto every channel. It is to build a commercially sensible connected ecommerce model.
Where we can help
Who this is for.
Using Amazon FBA
You have inventory inside Amazon and want to understand whether that infrastructure could support other ecommerce channels.
We can help evaluate whether MCF is appropriate, get it operational and keep the economics in view.
Running a DTC store
You want to explore whether Amazon MCF could provide an alternative or complementary fulfilment option for eligible website orders.
We have practical experience of connecting Shopify ecommerce with Amazon fulfilment and can help you think it through.
Adding TikTok Shop
You want to add TikTok Shop or another social commerce channel without creating a completely separate stock and fulfilment operation.
We can help evaluate whether existing Amazon inventory can support eligible social commerce orders and manage the broader channel strategy.
Retailer marketplace invitation
A retailer has invited you onto its marketplace and you need someone to evaluate the opportunity, build the catalogue and get it operational.
We have practical experience of taking a retailer marketplace opportunity from invitation through catalogue setup to live. Including Superdrug Marketplace via Mirakl.
Too many disconnected parts
You want someone with broader Amazon and marketplace experience to look at how the operation could work more efficiently.
Brandfluence can review how Amazon, MCF, marketplaces and other channels interact and identify where the operation could be simplified or made more profitable.
